Information you may provide
If you submit the hotel enquiry form, it may include:
- Your name and work email address
- Your phone or WhatsApp number
- Hotel or company name, property type, location and room-count range
- The service area you select and any message you choose to provide
- Whether you are making a new enquiry or updating an earlier enquiry
Please do not include passwords, payment details, guest records or other sensitive information in the message field.
How we use the information
Revenue Smarter uses enquiry details to review and respond to your request, contact you about the hotel services you asked about, provide a resource you request through the form, and maintain records of business correspondence. We do not use the enquiry form to sign you up for unrelated promotional mailing lists.
Service providers
The enquiry form is delivered through FormSubmit. When you submit the form, the information is transmitted to FormSubmit and forwarded to Revenue Smarter at info@revenuesmarter.com. FormSubmit operates its own systems and privacy terms; see its privacy information and documentation.
The website loads typefaces using Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google to retrieve the font files; Google’s own privacy information applies to that connection. The form provider may also use anti-spam checks as part of its service.
How long we keep enquiry details
Revenue Smarter retains enquiry correspondence for five years after the last contact, then deletes it unless it is still needed for an active client relationship or a legal obligation requires longer retention.
FormSubmit separately states that its submission archive retains submissions for 30 days. That provider-side archive is separate from email copies received by Revenue Smarter; refer to FormSubmit’s current terms for its handling.
Your choices and requests
You may contact us to ask about the enquiry information you provided, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw permission for us to continue using it for follow-up. We will review and respond to requests in line with applicable requirements.
To make a request, email info@revenuesmarter.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line. Please do not send identity documents unless we ask for information reasonably needed to verify a request.
